Lot (biblical person)

Okay, so in the Bible, there was a man named Lot. He lived in a city called Sodom that was known for being a really bad place with lots of people doing bad things. One day, God decided to destroy the city because of all the bad things people were doing there.

But God liked Lot and his family, so he wanted to save them. He sent two angels to tell Lot to leave the city with his family before it was destroyed. Lot listened to the angels and took his family out of the city.

As they were leaving, the angels told Lot and his family not to look back at the city. But Lot's wife looked back and turned into a pillar of salt! Lot and his daughters made it out safely and lived in a cave until they found a new place to live.

So, Lot was a person in the Bible who lived in a bad city but was saved by God because he was a good person.
