Low-intensity conflict

Low intensity conflict is when two sides are fighting but it is not a full-fledged war. It might include things like a small group of people attacking another group, or a country sending a small number of soldiers to another country to fight against their enemies. It usually involves some kind of violence, but not enough to be considered a war.
