Irregular warfare

Irregular warfare is when two enemies fight and one side does not follow the usual rules of warfare. It might mean using guerrilla warfare, like using surprise attacks and not openly fighting, instead of a direct fight between two sides. It might also mean using sabotage and deceit to try to defeat the other side.
