Medical diagnosis

Medical diagnosis is when doctors or other health care workers try to figure out what's wrong with you when you don't feel good or when you have a symptom like a cough. They do this by listening to your story, looking at your symptoms, and checking basic things like your temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. They might also do a physical exam. If necessary, they might also take special images or do blood tests to help them find out what's wrong.
