Mental health in education

Mental health in education is all about making sure the people in school feel safe, healthy, and happy. It's about knowing where to get help if you're feeling sad, scared, or overwhelmed. Schools might have counselors, social workers, or psychologists who can talk to you and help you feel better, or give you advice about how to stay healthy mentally and emotionally. They also help support other students in the school, who might need help. It's important to talk to someone if you're ever feeling down, scared, or lost – you don't have to face it alone.
