Messaging

Messaging is like passing notes to your friends in class. Instead of using a piece of paper, we use our phone or computer to send messages. We can use different apps to send messages, like WhatsApp, iMessage, or Facebook Messenger. When we send a message, it goes through the internet and then to our friend's phone or computer. We can send text messages, which are like little letters. We can also send pictures and videos to show our friends what we are doing. Just like with a note, we wait for our friend to read and reply to our message. When they reply, we can continue the conversation back and forth. That's what messaging is!
