ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Migrant education

Migrant education is when school is provided to children whose families move often for work. Some families have jobs where they work for short periods of time, like picking fruits and vegetables, so they have to move a lot. This can make it hard for kids to go to school like other kids do. Migrant education helps these kids by making sure they have the same opportunities to learn as other kids do. Schools that have migrant education usually have teachers who understand how to help kids who move a lot and they make sure these kids have what they need to do well in school. They may provide things like extra help with homework or transportation to school. The idea is to make sure that even though these kids move around a lot, they can still learn and grow like everyone else.
