The mind-body problem is about how the mind (or consciousness) is related to the physical body. It's a difficult question that philosophers and scientists have been trying to answer for a long time. Basically, the problem is that although our physical body is made of physical things like cells, muscles, and organs, our thoughts and feelings (also known as the mind) are not physical. This leads to a big problem: how can something non-physical (the mind) affect something physical (the body)? We don't really know.
