Minority group

When we talk about a minority group, we mean that there is a small group of people who are different from the rest of the people in some way. It could be their skin color, the way they dress, the language they speak, or anything else.

Imagine you are in a school where everyone has purple hair, but there are a few kids with green hair. These kids are a minority group because there are fewer of them and they look different from the other kids.

Sometimes, people who are part of a minority group might be treated unfairly because of their differences. This is not okay, and we should always treat everyone with kindness and respect, no matter how they look or what they believe. It is important to make sure that everyone feels included and valued, no matter how different they are.
