Mnemonic peg system

Mnemonic peg system is a memory technique you can use to remember lists of items in the right order. It works by creating a "peg", or association, between each item and a word that's easy to remember. For example, if you need to remember the US states in order from north to south, you might use the following mnemonic peg system: New York, Orange, South Carolina, Delaware. By thinking of the word "New York," you will remember the first item on the list (New York), then "Orange" will help you remember the second item (North Carolina), and so on.
