Moisture equivalent

Moisture equivalent is a measure of the amount of water in soil. It is based off of the weight of soil when it is dry and the weight of soil when it is wet. This number is used to find out how much water is in the soil. When we know how much water is in the soil, we can understand how well plants can grow.
