National Commission for Women

National Commission for Women (NCW) is a group made up of people in the government whose job is to watch out for women and make sure they are treated fairly. They make sure that women have equal rights and opportunities as men and that no one is being discriminated against because of their gender. They work with businesses and schools to make sure they have programs and policies that treat women with respect and don't discriminate against them. They also help women with legal problems they might have, such as domestic abuse or harassment. They also work to raise awareness of women's issues around the country.
