Neo-malthusianism

Neo-Malthusianism is an idea from the 1800s based on the idea that humans have the potential to use up too much of the Earth’s resources and produce too many babies, leading to overpopulation and scarcity of resources. To avoid this, neo-Malthusians suggest that people should practice birth control and use fewer resources. They want people to be aware of the damage they can do to the Earth with overpopulation and over-usage. In short, neo-Malthusians believe we should be careful with how many babies we make and how many resources we use.
