Oil exploration

Oil exploration is the process of searching for oil deep down in the ground. People use special machines and tools to find places where oil might be and then use drills to drill down into the ground. They then collect samples from the ground and use science to figure out if oil can be found there. If oil is found, then people can set up wells to collect and transport the oil up from the ground so that it can be used for things like fuel for cars and electricity for our homes.
