Outdoor education

Outdoor education is learning outside in nature. It can be anything from going on a nature walk with a teacher to camping for a few days. Outdoor education helps you to learn about nature, the environment and yourself. It also encourages you to be active and have fun in the outdoors. Some activities you can do include learning how to build a shelter, go on a wildlife safari, study weather patterns, plant a garden, go kayaking or canoeing, or take a nature hike. Outdoor education teaches us how to care for our earth and appreciate the world around us. It helps us to be more aware of our environment, take care of it and enjoy being outside.
