ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Outposts of tyranny

Outposts of tyranny are governments, leaders, or organizations that rule over people in a cruel, unfair, and oppressive way. They don't follow the same laws as most other countries, and they don't protect the rights of their citizens. Instead, they use their power to make sure that everyone in the country follows their orders, no matter how bad they are. People living under outposts of tyranny have very little freedom and are often oppressed.
