Plastic

Plastic is a type of material that is made up of tiny pieces called molecules. Molecules are too small for us to see without a microscope. Plastic is lightweight, strong, and often waterproof. It's made from natural substances like oil, gas, or minerals. We use plastic to make lots of things, like bottles, containers, car parts, toys, and furniture. Plastic helps us make the things we use every day.
