Problem of future contingents

The problem of future contingents is something that people sometimes think about when they try to imagine what will happen in the future. Basically, it means that because we can't always predict the future, it can be difficult to make plans or decisions. For example, if you plant a seed today, you can't be sure the plant will grow tomorrow, because the future is unpredictable! That's the problem of future contingents in a nutshell.
