Program Evaluation and Review Technique

Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a way to plan and organize tasks when working on a project. It helps us figure out how long something will take, what needs to be done first, and in what order everything should be done. Think of it like making a list of steps for a big project, like a puzzle. You look at the puzzle and figure out what pieces could go first. Then you figure out what pieces fit with those and so on until you finish the puzzle. PERT helps you do the same thing with big projects or activities - it helps you figure out the first steps and puts them in order.
