Pseudo-secularism

Pseudo-secularism is when a country or society appears to be secular (separates religion and government) but isn't really. It's like when you play pretend, but instead of pretending to be a superhero, you are pretending to be a secular (non-religious) country or society. In reality, religion still plays a big role in government and politics, but it's disguised as something else.
