ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Reactionless drive

A reactionless drive is a type of propulsion system that creates thrust without needing any reaction mass (like fuel or exhaust). It does this by pushing on the energy it takes from the environment around it. When the drive spins, it takes energy from its surroundings and uses it to create an invisible force (like a wind) that pushes it forward. This force is so strong that even though the drive isn't using any fuel or exhaust, it can still make the spacecraft it's attached to move!
