ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Regrading

"Regrading" means moving dirt or soil around in a specific area to make it more level or sloped. Imagine you have a big pile of dirt in your front yard, and you want to make it so that the dirt is all flat and even. That's regrading! Regrading can also happen on a larger scale, like if a whole street needs to be leveled out so that water flows correctly and there aren't any bumps in the road. It's like playing with dirt with a bulldozer or excavator, but with a very important purpose.
