Rice milk

Rice milk is a type of milk that is made from rice. You know how you love to eat rice with your meals? Well, imagine if you could turn that rice into milk! That's what rice milk is.

First, people take some rice and soak it in water for a few hours. Then, they blend it all up really well until it becomes a liquid. They filter out any bits of rice that didn't blend properly and add some extra ingredients like sweeteners or flavors to make it taste better.

Rice milk is good for people who can't drink regular milk because they have problems with lactose or don't like the taste of cow's milk. It also has less fat than cow's milk, so it can be a good choice for people who are trying to be healthy.

But it's important to remember that rice milk doesn't have as much protein or calcium as cow's milk, so it's important to eat other foods that have these nutrients. And even though it's called "milk," it's not really the same as cow's milk. So if you're not sure if rice milk is right for you, it's always best to talk to your doctor or a nutritionist.
