ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Risk attitude

Risk attitude is a way of thinking about things that could happen in the future. You might think of it like a game where you get to decide if you want to take a chance or play it safe. For example, if you were playing a game and you were offered the chance to have a big reward (but with some risk), or a small reward (but with no risk), you would have to decide which way you wanted to go. That decision shows your risk attitude - some people might go for the big reward, and some might go for the smaller, safer reward.
