STEREO

Stereo is a way of listening to sound in two different directions. You need two speakers - one that plays the sound out of the left ear, and one that plays the sound out of the right ear. When sound comes out of two different directions, it creates a special effect so that it sounds like it's coming from one direction, in the middle. This is called stereo.
