Sambusak

Sambusak is a yummy snack that comes from the Middle East. It's kind of like a small pie or turnover that's filled with tasty ingredients, like cheese, potatoes, or meat. The outside of the sambusak is made from dough that's rolled out flat and then shaped into a little pocket.
