Samsa (food)
Samsa is a yummy food that you can eat, kind of like a pastry. It comes from a place called Uzbekistan which is very far away.
Now, imagine a rectangle piece of dough that’s been rolled out really flat like play dough. Then, someone takes some meat and puts it inside the rectangle. They then fold the rectangle in half so that the meat is inside and the dough covers it up like a little blanket.
Next, the person takes a fork and pokes some little holes in the top of the blanket so that the meat cooks nicely inside.
Once everything is ready, the person puts the meat-filled blanket into an oven for a while to cook. After it’s done, you can eat it and enjoy it!
