Sign relation

Sign relation is a way of looking at the relationship between two numbers by looking at the sign (positive or negative) of each number. Each number will have its own sign, either positive or negative, and in sign relation you compare the two signs to determine whether the relationship between them is positive or negative. For example, if one number is positive and one number is negative, the relationship between them is negative. On the other hand, if both numbers are positive, the relationship between them is positive.
