Talaiot

Talaiots are really big and old buildings that people made thousands of years ago. They are found on an island in the Mediterranean called Mallorca.

People back then wanted to make sure they had a safe place to live, so they built these tall towers out of big stones. These towers were also used for something important, like a castle, where they made important decisions and kept watch for any enemies.
