The Moon is made of green cheese

Okay kiddo, so there's this funny story that people used to think the moon was made of green cheese. But really, that's just a silly idea and not true at all.

The moon is actually made of something called "regolith," which is a fancy word for a bunch of rocks and dust all mashed together. Scientists study the moon to learn more about it, and they even sent people to visit it a long time ago.

So while it's fun to imagine the moon being made of cheese, it's not something we should actually believe. But we can still enjoy eating green cheese as a yummy snack!
