Tidal irrigation

Tidal irrigation is a way of watering crops using the natural rise and fall of the tides in the ocean or a nearby river.

Imagine a big field with lots of plants that need water to grow. Instead of using pipes or hoses to bring water to the plants, we use the tides to do the work for us.

When the tide comes in, water flows into the field and covers the plants. This gives them the water they need to grow. When the tide goes out again, the water drains away, leaving the plants with just the right amount of moisture in the soil.

This is a good way to water crops because it's free (since we don't need to pump water or pay for it) and it's also a very efficient use of water. Tidal irrigation systems can also help to control salinity levels in soil, which is important for growing certain types of crops.

Overall, tidal irrigation is a smart way to grow crops that helps to conserve resources and protect the environment.
