Tokenism

Tokenism is when certain people are included in something (like a group, like a job, like a school), but they don't really have the same rights or chances as other people. So, it's like if a group was made up of mostly one kind of people (like all boys), and then there was just one girl; that girl would be a token and they wouldn't really have the same opportunities as everyone else.
