Uncertain geographic context problem

The uncertain geographic context problem has to do with where things are located on a map. Let's say you have an online map showing different cities and towns. Some of them might not be labeled, so you don't know what they are. That's the uncertain geographic context problem. It's like trying to find something in the dark. You don't know what it is or where it is, so it’s hard to find it.
