Unit cohesion

Unit cohesion is when a group of people work together really well and feel like they are all part of the same team. It's like when you and your friends all play on the same soccer team and you all care about winning together. You might not all be the best players, but you all have each other's backs and help each other out. This makes the team stronger and helps everyone work together better. In the same way, when soldiers in the military feel like they are all part of the same unit and care about each other, they can work together more effectively and accomplish their mission better.
