Vapor pressures of the elements (data page)

Vapor pressure is the measure of how easily a material can turn from liquid or solid into a gas (also called 'evaporation'). The vapor pressure of the elements tells us how much energy it will take for the element to change from a liquid or solid into a gas. The data page is showing what the vapor pressures of different elements are at different temperatures. The higher the temperature is, the more pressure the vapor of that element will have.
