Water tank

A water tank is like a big container that holds water. It's like a big bucket where you can keep water for later use. It's usually made out of strong materials so it doesn't leak or break easily, like plastic, metal or concrete.

Water tanks can have many different purposes. Some people use them to store rainwater that can be collected from their roof. This is called a rainwater harvesting tank. Some places, like farms or remote areas, might have really big water tanks for things like crop irrigation or to provide drinking water for people and animals. These tanks are usually so big that you could fit a whole house inside!
