Acts 9

Okay kiddo, so in the book of Acts which is in the Bible, chapter 9 talks about a man named Saul. He was not a very nice man and he liked to hurt people who believed in Jesus. But one day, Jesus appeared to Saul in a bright light and asked why he was being so mean. Saul was so scared and surprised that he fell to the ground, and Jesus told him to get up and go to a certain place where he would learn what to do next.

So Saul got up and went to the place Jesus told him to go. And there, a man named Ananias came to him and told him that Jesus had sent him to make Saul feel better. Ananias put his hands on Saul and he could see again because he had been blinded by the bright light. Saul was also filled with the Holy Spirit, which is like a special power that comes from God.

After that, Saul’s name was changed to Paul and he became one of the most important people in spreading the news about Jesus. He traveled all over the world telling people about Jesus and helping them believe in him. So even though Saul used to be a bad guy, Jesus helped him become a good person who helped others.
