Animal Cognition

Animal cognition means the different ways animals think and learn. Animals can have different kinds of learning styles and can remember things differently from us. For example, some animals can remember a lot of smells, like a dog knows what everyone smells like, and some animals can remember places and paths, like a bee can go back to the same flower over and over. This is what scientists mean when they talk about animal cognition.
