Asteroid impact avoidance

Asteroid impact avoidance is a method of trying to keep asteroids from hitting Earth. There are two main ways to do this. The first is to use rockets to push them away from Earth. We can fire the rockets at the asteroid and use their force to move the asteroid out of our way. The second way is to use a spacecraft to divert the path of the asteroid to make sure it misses Earth. This is done by using the spacecraft's gravity to pull the asteroid off its original path. Both of these methods can help us avoid the damage that an asteroid impact could cause.
