Bisexual erasure

Bisexual erasure is when people forget to acknowledge that some people can be attracted to people of all genders. Here's an example: when a person who is attracted to both boys and girls goes on a date with a boy, some people might assume that they aren't really bisexual anymore and that they've "chosen" to only like boys. That's not true! Bisexual people can still like boys and girls, or any other gender, even if they happen to be dating or married to someone of a certain gender at the moment.

It's important to remember that everyone's feelings are valid, and that includes bisexual people. We should always include and respect all people, no matter who they are attracted to.
