Bon Festival

The bon festival is a special holiday in Japan. It is held every year in the summer, usually in the middle of August. During this festival, people remember their ancestors by setting up special altars and offering food and flowers to them. People also wear yukata (summer kimonos) and watch fireworks in the sky. Bon festival is a time for people to reconnect with their family and celebrate their ancestors.
