Chromatin is like the building blocks for chromosomes in your cells. Chromatin are made up of proteins and DNA. The proteins help to make the DNA easier to read, and the DNA tells our bodies what kind of cells to make. Chromatin helps hold our DNA in the right place and makes sure it isn't damaged.
