ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Classification rule

A classification rule is like a set of instructions for sorting things into different groups. For example, if you wanted to sort a pile of dinosaurs into the group of meat-eating dinosaurs and the group of plant-eating dinosaurs, you could use a classification rule. The rule might say: If the dinosaur has sharp teeth, then it is a meat-eating dinosaur. If it has flat teeth, then it is a plant-eating dinosaur.
