ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Collective agreement

A collective agreement is like a contract between a group of people and an organization. It is a way for the organization to make promises to the people, and for the people to make promises to the organization. It says what everyone must do and what they should expect from each other. For example, it could say things like how much people will be paid, how many hours they will work, and what breaks they will get. It also explains how people can make a complaint if they don't agree with something or feel like their rights have been violated.
