Conservation development

Conservation development is a way of protecting the environment while creating new places for people to live and work. It works by combining two goals: preserving the natural resources around a piece of land, and developing or building structures on that land. In order to do this, conservation developers first protect important natural features like woods, wetlands, and rivers. Then, they plan how to develop the area in ways that use the least amount of resources and don't damage the environment. For example, they might build homes close together or in areas that don't disturb wildlife like forests. Conservation development ensures that our planet stays healthy for years to come.
