Cultural bias means that people make decisions or judgments based on their own culture or on the culture that they are most familiar with. This can lead to unfair or unequal treatment of people from different backgrounds or cultures because they may not understand how that other person thinks or behaves. For example, if you are from the United States, you may have biases against people from India because you have not been exposed to their culture, and so you may not understand why someone from India does things differently than you do.
