ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Decentralized decision making

Decentralized decision-making is a way of making decisions that does not rely on just one person to make the decisions. Instead, it involves more than one person deciding together. It is like when a group of friends are trying to decide where to go out to eat, everyone in the group can share their opinion and come to an agreement together. Decentralized decision-making is important because it makes sure everyone has a say in the decision and it can lead to better solutions than if only one person was making the decision.
