Disruptive innovation

Disruptive innovation is when something new comes along that changes the way people do things. Disruptive innovations make things simpler, faster, and better. For example, the invention of the car changed the way people get around. Instead of spending hours or days walking or riding horses, now people could get around much faster in cars. This was a disruptive innovation!
