Fertilizer

Fertilizer is a substance that we give plants to help them grow bigger and healthier. It has special things in it, like nutrients that plants need to be strong. It's sort of like special plant food. You can put it around the roots of the plants, or mix it in the soil. Just like people need food to keep growing, plants need fertilizer to stay healthy and strong.
