Goths

Okay, so imagine you are playing dress-up, but instead of wearing bright colors, you choose to wear black clothes and sometimes even makeup that makes you look like a vampire or zombie. That's what some people who call themselves "goths" like to do all the time.

They also like to listen to music that sounds different from what you might hear on the radio - it can be loud and sometimes even creepy-sounding. They might even have their own little clubs or hang out spots where they can be with others who like dark things like they do.

But just like you might have a favorite color or style of clothing, some people just really like the color black and things that look spooky or mysterious. It doesn't mean they are bad or weird - they just like what they like!
